Pungent Green is born from the idea of viewing what was once rejected through a new lens—those scents many consider “too strong” or “too green”. Yet for us, they represent “the moment nature is most alive.” The instant a leaf is snapped from its stem, freshly cut grass, or the earthy aroma rising from the ground the moment rain touches the soil.

It is that fleeting moment before everything settles—the world still damp, warm, and filled with the breath of life.

Pungent Green is the image of freshness that is still alive. A scent unfiltered, unapologetic, not softened into something polite. The juicy greenness of a freshly plucked leaf mingles with the bitterness of its veins, carried by the airy brightness that lifts this greenness into the air—lush with the living moisture of nature. It is the most beautiful moment before all things still and fade.

We chose to preserve this scent as it is—not adjusting it to be sweeter or softer, but revealing its beauty in its true form. Thus, Pungent Green becomes a reimagining of what people once rejected. Pungent Green opens with a burst of freshness from grapefruit, lemon, and bergamot—like morning sunlight striking the greenness of basil and rhubarb. They create a sharp, juicy, lightly acidic impression, reminiscent of a leaf just torn from its stem, while green apple and pear add moisture and vitality, keeping the scent bright and airy throughout.

In the heart, tomato leaf and verbena become more pronounced, wrapping the greenness in a natural, raw yet gentle touch. Geranium and iris refine the edges, making the green accord feel open and harmonious, like the air just after rainfall, before the scent gradually softens into the calm clarity of sea salt and lotus—cool, clean, and naturally serene.
