One evening, I stepped out from the back of my house to get a cup of cocoa from a familiar place called \u201cCocoa Therapy.\u201d<\/strong> As usual, I ordered my drink and asked the owner, \u201cDo you have anything new or interesting for me to smell or taste today?\u201d<\/p>\n

She smiled and asked, \u201cHave you ever smelled coffee blossom tea?\u201d
I hadn\u2019t. I thought it would probably smell just like coffee.<\/p>\n

But when she opened the tea bag for me to smell, my senses were instantly captivated. The aroma was incredibly complex and mesmerizing \u2014 so much so that I kept sniffing it again and again, trying to break down what I was experiencing. To me, it felt like a blend of tobacco absolute, coffee, mat\u00e9, and honey.<\/strong><\/p>\n

That was the moment I was inspired to create the \u201cCoffee Blossom Tea\u201d accord,<\/strong> which later became the heart of Celemonial Sip.<\/strong>
