Shipping Policy

Customers will be informed of the shipping details and methods, including procedures to follow if they do not receive their products or if the products are delayed. Shipping within Thailand will not exceed 14 days, and international shipping will not exceed 30 days, provided the delay is not due to the shipper’s error. If the customer does not receive their products within the specified time, we will be pleased to issue a full refund.

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their orders if the products have not yet been dispatched. If the products have already been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. We will issue a full refund through the same payment method used by the customer.

Product Returns

Customers can return products in the event of damage caused by non-standard production processes or shipping errors. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the products. We will cover all shipping costs for returns. Refunds will be processed either through bank transfer or as a credit card refund, according to the customer’s preference. Customers must retain their shipping receipt as proof to claim the shipping costs.

Returns are not accepted if the customer wishes to exchange products due to a change of mind after receiving the products, and the error was not caused by the shipper.

Refund Notice

Please note that in some cases, refunded amounts may not be received in full due to intermediary bank fees or processing charges beyond our control. These deductions, if any, are not imposed by us but may occur during the transaction process depending on the payment method or financial institution involved.

Mobile Services

If you access this site via your mobile phone, we do not currently charge for this access. Please be aware that your carrier’s normal rates and fees, such as text messaging fees or data charges, will still apply.

Transfer of Rights

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms of use to another organization, and we will always notify you in writing if this happens, but this will not affect your rights or your obligations under these terms of use. You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these terms of use to another person if we agree in writing.

Severability

Waiver

Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms of use, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of use are governed by Thai law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the Thai courts.
